Whether you’re training for the mountain or simply want to feel good in your everyday life — this is where intelligent movement begins.

"Pilates isn't just exercise — it's the foundation that makes everything else in your active life possible."
Why Pilates
Your body’s most intelligent path to strength, ease, and feeling good — for life.
What moves you? Whether it’s the trails, the slopes, the pickleball court, or simply wanting to feel strong and comfortable in your body — Pilates is the intelligent, whole-body method that keeps you moving better. Unlike most forms of exercise that add load to existing movement patterns, Pilates first identifies and corrects the imbalances underneath. It’s not a replacement for your sport, your gym, or your physio — it’s what makes all of them work better. Season after season, decade after decade.
Develop the precise core strength, balance, and body control that elevates every sport — from first chair to final descent.
Correct imbalances, restore function, and move with confidence again. Pilates heals and protects the body you depend on.
Build the real-world strength that keeps your spine healthy, your posture tall, and your joints protected through every adventure.
Move freely at every age. Pilates keeps your fascia supple, your range of motion expansive, and your independence intact.

Intelligent movement, personalized attention — every session.

Pilates as cross-training for serious and recreational athletes.

Unlock the body's connective tissue network for better movement, less pain, and extraordinary resilience.
The revolutionary self-treatment technique that quiets the nervous system, rehydrates connective tissue, and eliminates chronic pain at its source.
Physically, there are no words to describe. I came in on crutches, unable to go up steps or walk more than 200 feet. Now I am hiking and will even try skiing again. Emotionally I am grounded, my hormones are balanced, my outlook is full of color and my desire to enjoy has returned. There is not one day I have not enjoyed my time doing Pilates. To find an 'exercise' program based on movement — no pain — has been the true gift.

Recovery & Active Living
For the Active Community
Pemberton and the Whistler corridor attract people who refuse to stop moving. Pilates is what makes that possible — not just now, but for the decades ahead. It’s the intelligent foundation beneath every adventure, every active season, and every year you want to keep showing up fully in your life. Whether you’re 35 or 75, Pilates is what keeps you doing the things you love, season after season, decade after decade.

"Pilates doesn't replace your sport — it makes your sport possible."
Rotational strength, shoulder stability, and core control — the athletic foundation for every season.
Pilates is your best ally for sports conditioning and recovery from your favorite winter activities. Core strength, joint mobility, balance and body awareness are key to peak performance and feeling your best both on and off the mountain.
Build the core control, hip mobility, posterior chain strength, and breathing efficiency that powers every climb, descent, and long-distance effort — on wheels or on foot.
Prevent common racquet sport injuries by building shoulder stability, hip mobility, and knee resilience. Pilates strengthens the rotator cuff, improves lateral agility, and develops the core power that drives every serve, volley, and overhead — keeping you on the court longer and playing at your best.
Hit the ball further and straighter with Pilates. Experience more stamina, power and control without the back or hip pain both on and off the course.
Ride with more power, precision, and presence. Riding demands deep core stability, hip symmetry, and the body awareness to move with your horse rather than against it — and Pilates trains exactly that. Through balanced muscle development, supple hip flexors, and refined proprioception, you'll develop the connected, responsive body that creates true harmony in the saddle.
For Mothers
Pregnancy and the postpartum period are profound physical journeys. Specialized Pilates isn't a luxury for moms — it's essential, intelligent care for the most important body you'll ever live in.
Linda's deep training in prenatal and postnatal Pilates means every session is safe, effective, and sensitive to exactly where you are — from your first trimester to your return to the trails.
Book a Prenatal ConsultationMaintain strength and ease during pregnancy, reduce common discomforts, prepare your body for birth, and feel empowered and embodied every trimester.
Safely restore your core after birth. Heal diastasis recti, rehab your pelvic floor, and reclaim your body with patience and expertise.
Ready to ski, run, or ride again? Linda creates a progressive return-to-activity plan that ensures you're truly ready — not just cleared, but capable and confident.
Ongoing support as your body evolves through motherhood. Pilates keeps you strong, energized, and present for the people who need you most.

Her journey began with a passion for movement and has evolved into a deep expertise in the science of the human body — from fascial networks to neurological patterning.

She founded TWC Pilates in Tsawwassen, building it into one of the Lower Mainland's most respected studios.
Now, with Pemberton Pilates & Wellness, Linda brings that same depth of knowledge and personalized approach to the Sea-to-Sky corridor — serving the unique needs of mountain athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, new mothers, and anyone seeking intelligent, evidence-based movement training.

Our Philosophy
At Pemberton Pilates & Wellness, we believe that the body is profoundly intelligent — and that with the right guidance, it can heal, strengthen, and thrive at any age. Our approach is rooted in the Contemporary Pilates method, informed by modern sports science, and always deeply personal.
We are not a fitness factory. We are a sanctuary of intelligent movement, where every session honours your unique history, your athletic aspirations, and your deepest potential.
Ten precise repetitions accomplish more than a hundred careless ones. Quality of movement is everything — it's how lasting change is made.
Nothing in your body moves in isolation. We address patterns, not just parts — integrating fascia, nervous system, and structure into every session.
The best Pilates program is one you grow with for decades. We build foundations that serve your 40s as powerfully as your 70s.
